Beginner Program

If you are new to CrossFit training, this is the place to start. The WOR Foundations Program emphasizes the development and mastery of our basic movements to ensure safe and successful progression as you move on to the full WODs.

The goal of Foundations is to gradually introduce you to CrossFit and teach you the fundamentals. This is done through one-on-one training with one of our head coaches scheduled around your needs.

If the group sessions don’t fit your schedule you can always continue with personal training.


Foundations includes Five 45-minute Personal Training sessions ($245 value), and  a body fat analysis with the InBody Scan ($35 value).
