When you walk into CrossFit West of the River for the first time:

You will be greeted with a smile and a handshake from the coach and most likely from all of the members there as well. We all know that taking that first step – getting out of your car and walking through that door – is hard and scary. But we are also on the other side of that door and have seen the incredible benefits that come with the brave step you just took. After being greeted, you will be given a tour of the facility and then you will sit down with the coach for a quick chat to go over your goals. You will then be given a prescription for how we can help you reach those goals. This could be group classes, personal training, nutrition coaching, or a combination of all three. The prescription will be specific to you. You are an individual with specific needs and you will not be put on a path that is not right for you.

When you walk into a class at CrossFit West of the River for the first time, you will be coached by a trainer whose priority is safety and will review every movement for the workout that day. You will not be lost and looking to those on your right or left for direction. Stretching occurs daily in the class and you will not be expected to do it alone. During your class, you will have a safe place to put your children while you workout. You will have access to showers and cubbies for your belongings.

More than anything, when you walk into CrossFit West of the River for the first time, you are walking into a community that cares about each other, about health, about achieving goals…and celebrating them!



Free Intro Class

In our free intro class, the second Saturday of the month at 10:30am, we go over the foundations of CrossFit, introduce a few fundamental movements, and then take you through a sample workout.
