Our biggest goal is that the kids have fun and get fit!!
We want them to be excited each week to come back to learn about fitness while having fun!

More importantly, you will see your child also learns to follow directions, listen, communicate, and play with others.
Every class includes fitness game play and positive reinforcement. Your child’s confidence, both physically and mentally, will grow with each class.

It is our mission to teach and train up the next generation of leaders through using CrossFit methods to teach character, integrity, optimism, perseverance and hard work and to translate the lessons that our students have learned into the classroom and into life.
We’ve seen our boy who has always struggled with motor skills, balance and coordination make great strides and improvements with each kids session. His strength has improved drastically and not only do we see a difference in his ability to shoot a basketball, but also in his penmanship (which needed serious help)!

CrossFit Kids (JV) at WOR focuses on continued development in a fun environment. We start with those fundamental healthy movement patterns and we begin to introduce a few higher-level athletics such as technique work, accuracy, flexibility, coordination, strength, endurance, and goal-setting. This is also the age group where we start to introduce workouts and begin to touch on nutrition. We end each day with a game or two where we keep the kids minds and bodies active while working toward excellent teamwork and leadership skills.
Your kids will learn to love fitness, nutrition, and will learn good motor patterns for functional movement that will benefit them for a lifetime and create the safest foundation for sports and training programs in their future.
CrossFit Varsity (teens) takes all of the beneficial movement patterns, techniques, base strength, character and team development from CrossFit JV and starts to ramp things up toward specific athlete goals. We add specific strength training, cross-training, gymnastics, mobility, accuracy, speed and agility training. This training will help our athletes identify weaknesses and provide a systematic approach for improvement. Our focus is on excellent form and safety above all else. We still have a ton of fun, but focus on the workouts and how they can improve the teen’s athletic abilities, and more importantly, their view of lifelong health habits.

Teens are faced with so many pressures and unnecessary stress these days. We are committed to helping them understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle through diet and exercise. We want the teens in our program to develop a positive body image, improve cognitive function, protect them against injury by teaching proper body mechanics, and create a community of like-minded, confident individuals that can turn to one another for support. CrossFit not only teaches one how to work out, it teaches one the essence of focus, perseverance, dedication, and motivation. Our teen program makes kids healthy and fit. It not only builds strength in the body but it also strengthens the mind.
Whether your teen is looking for a stand-alone strength and conditioning program, or additional training to supplement their sport specific training, CrossFit WOR Teens is committed to helping them achieve their goals in a fun, judgment free environment surrounded by their peers.
CrossFit Varsity: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:45-4:30pm
CrossFit JV: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30-5:15pm
