WOR ENDURANCE

This course is going to be coached by the AMAZING Kristen Phelps! She is a certified personal trainer through NASM, and has extensive experience running 5k’s, 10k’s, 1/2 marathons, and marathon relays. You are absolutely getting the best trainer and the best programming to reach your goals. The two classes/week will be held Tuesdays at 6:00pm and Saturday mornings  for 9 weeks. Price: $110 and includes 18 group running classes and weekly running homework.

WOR Running Club STARTS FEBRUARY 27th!! This is a 9-week session leading right up to the Tulsa Driller 10k and 1/2 marathon! If you have ever wanted to cross that finish line and get that medal, now is the time. If you have been wanting to PR your 1/2 time, this is the training program. This type of training is different than others offered in the area. Runs are shorter and we focus on the high-intensity aspect that will get you that PR! Don’t spend hours and hours on long-runs this training series – come out 1 night/week to CrossFit West of the River,  then run 1 more day on your own, and then meet up with the group for a run on the weekend – that’s it!!
