Push into the New Year

CrossFit West of the River is challenging you to push into the new year! Each day of December (that’s 31 days for those paying attention), you will split 65 push-ups with a teammate. Why? Because let’s face it, push-ups are one of the most basic exercises for the human body. They define your abs, triceps, shoulders, help shape your torso and chest. Whether you’re at home, at work, or on a boat, we’re sure you can spare a few minutes to get them done.

THE CHALLENGE

Find a teammate. Split 65 Push-ups. Every day. For 31 days.

Don’t reach for your calculator. 65 x 31 = 2015. Get it? Don’t fall behind!
