CrossFit Games Open Prep Clinics
Get ready for the 2018 CrossFit Games Open with our Open Prep Clinics!
- Learn how to balance between lifting and cardio so that you don’t burn out in the first few minutes of the workout.
- Make the last few strength gains before the first workout drops.
- Learn about Strategizing for the workout as well as how to eat leading up to it.
Here is the schedule of clinics:
Week 1: Bar skills: Toes to bar, pull ups, bar muscle ups, chest to bar pull ups
Week 2: Box Jumping, Barbell Cycling, Double Unders
Week 3: Olympic Lifts
Week 4: Strategy and nutrition
What: 4 Sessions of Skill-Based Workouts to get your mind and body primed for the workouts that are typically seen popping up in the Open.
When: Thursday Nights at 7:30pm, Starting January 25, 2018
Who: any WOR CrossFit athlete or other CrossFit Affiliate Members
Cost: $80 for all 4 Clinics or $25 for a single Clinic
This ladies only program includes a variety of barbell movements from Oly lifting to power lifts.
Dial in your lifting technique and numbers and/or build raw strength. These programs will help you become a better lifter!

Fit Fusion is Sapulpa’s premier fitness class! We focus on HIIT training, functional movements and having fun. We incorporate many different styles of fitness training to create an effective Fusion that is sure to meet your fitness needs. These include bootcamp, Piloxing, Boxing, and Yoga-inspired stretching/movements to aid in flexibility, injury prevention, and overall wellness.
Work hard and crush your workouts in this 45 minute class – No Onramp Program required, KB and Dumbbell’s are utilized as well as your own body weight!
