50 Sit-ups
50 Wall Ball Slams (20/14#)
50 Overhead Walking Lunges (45/25#)
50 Double Unders
50 V-ups
50 Jumping Jacks (together)

One partner works while other partner holds Plank position
Reps do not count unless holding plank
